Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program for Females

Designed to professionally train women in healthcare, the CNA Program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to serve as Certified Nursing Assistants.
Covering both theory and hands-on patient care, this course prepares women for immediate employment in clinics, hospitals, and elder care centers—helping build both income and dignity within the healthcare field.

Opening Doors To Sustainable Livelihoods And Economic Independence.

Giving young adults and women the training they need to start earning, support their families, and build a better future. At Sona Welfare Foundation, we turn their hope into action, and teach skills that can help people stand on their own feet with pride. We work in areas where opportunities are few, but potential is everywhere. It starts with one skill. But it leads to independence, dignity, and change that touches entire families and communities.
