09 E-Health Clinics & Pharmacies

Sehat Kahani shall establish eight (09) e-health clinics,
These clinics were set up in: 

  • Mirpur Mathelo (4 clinics) 
  • Goth Machhi (4 clinics) 
  • Port Qasim (1 clinic) 

The locations shall be identified by Sehat Kahani with the presence of a qualified nurse / lady health visitor (LHV) having valid PNC certificate from Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC). The purpose is to provide accessible telemedicine services, connecting underserved patients to certified doctors through free virtual consultations, free medicines and ensuring timely and affordable healthcare. These clinics will empower communities by bridging healthcare gaps and enhancing health outcomes in remote areas. 

Screening Camp and Community Survey 

Sehat Kahani has organized a two-day screening camp at the SWF facility for the diagnosis of limb deformities and vision impairments among four hundred fifty one(451) persons. The initiative aims to assess and address the aforementioned health challenges and lay the groundwork for targeted interventions. 

E Clinic based 100 pregnant mothers Module

Sehat Kahani will develop and maintain a health program which shall have the following components as detailed below:
  
  • Program Components 
  • Community Engagement and Identification Through E health Clinics: 
  • 100 pregnant mother will be identified and registered at 8 E Health Clinics. By clinical staff and following services will be provided 
  • Awareness on sexual and reproductive health (SRH) 
  • Counseling for antenatal care and institutional deliveries 
  • Education on the importance of nutrition, vaccinations, and family planning; 
  • Provide nutritional supplements to pregnant mothers 4 times in a quarter 
  • Provide New born baby kits to new mothers  
  • Clinical Staff shall identify hundred (100) pregnant women as beneficiaries in order to be a part of the program developed by Sehat Kahani from routine OPD in consultation with SWF. 
  • Clinical staff will ensure continuous engagement with beneficiaries, tracking their adherence to antenatal visits and healthcare advice through online Gynecologist.

    Supplements to Undernourished 100 Children E at Port Qasim

    Food supplements will be provided to 100 undernourished children under age 5 for there better growth and well being. This program will run from our E clinic at Port Qasim.
