Our New Projects
Community Screening Camp & Survey
SWF actively collaborates with hospitals, health tech organizations, and humanitarian bodies to expand outreach and efficiency. Our aim is singular: accessable healthcare for all.
As part of this mission, SWF partnered with Sehat Kahani to host a two-day community screening camp at our facility, focused on supporting People With Disabilities (PWDs).
More than 300 individuals were screened for limb deformities, vision impairments, and AFP Polio. A multidisciplinary team, including top orthopedic surgeons, ophthalmologists, general physicians, and surveyors from Karachi, offered expert evaluations and compassionate care.
Led by MD & CEO Jahangir Piracha, the initiative “Tum Akailey Nahi (You Are Not Alone)” focused on not just diagnosis, but also long-term disability care, clinical categorization, and root-cause analysis.
This camp was a steppingstone to inspire smarter, more community-driven health interventions. By listening to the community and identifying real challenges, SWF is paving the way for care that’s not only accessible but deeply responsive to the people it serves.
