1986
Launched FFC Agri Services, building the foundation for farmer empowerment across Pakistan.
1996-2005
Introduced the FFC Scholarship Program and inaugurated Sona Welfare Hospital in Mirpur Mathelo.
2007
Inauguration of Coronary care unit at DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo with state of the art life saving facilit. 
2006
Establishment of Sona Public School up to College standard, at Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh with subsidized fees for the deserving candidates.
2011
Inauguration of Coronary care unit at DHQ Hospital Mirpur Mathelo with state of the art life saving facility.   
2013
Launched the Merit Scholarship Scheme – Sadiqabad, awarding 20 scholarships annually to deserving students in Rahim Yar Khan.
2014 - 2015
Established Community Welfare Complex at Koth Ghulam Muhammad, offering integrated support in health, education, and skills.
